we compost.

We prioritize using the freshest local ingredients, sourced directly from nearby farmers and purveyors.

When we can't get it locally, we make organic choices for essentials like flour, coconut oil, and vegan milks.

FAQs:

What does "Five Mile" mean?

We embraced the name Five Mile Co-op while residing in Arnaudville during 2022. Throughout that period, we participated in pop-up food events and private catering gigs while shaping our business concept. For most of these engagements, we proudly sourced 100% of our food, coffee, and tea from within a 5-mile radius. While our scope has expanded since then, our commitment remains unwavering: sourcing locally, operating sustainably, and delivering exceptional food and beverages.
